Biography
Hank Rennar, President and Managing Partner

Upon completing his Business Degree from Chicago City College, Hank spent 9 years in the Military and served in Europe during Desert Storm. After returning to the states, Hank accepted a Regional Finance Manager position with US Lenders in Dallas Texas. Hank distinguished himself by building and managing a team that set several production records in loan originations and equity financing in Texas. Later, Mr. Rennar completed the Financial Advisor program with The Equitable Financial Group and worked for several years both as a Licensed Broker and Financial Advisor managing personal assets for high net-worth individuals.
Hank has been an active member with FEI (Financial Executive Institute) and the TBA (Texas Bankers Association). He is currently an Associate Member of NAGGL (National Association of Government Guaranteed Lenders) as well as the Houston Association of Government Guaranteed Lenders.
Mr. Rennar has served as a Career Counselor and Executive Recruiter for the past 12 years. He specializes in working with Bankers and Financial Executives. Hank started the Banking and Finance division of The Liberty Group receiving several awards for production and profitability.
Hank has built the company from the ground up. He has helped numerous executives with Career Planning, interview strategies, and growing a successful and productive team.
Hank has been a featured speaker at the Houston CPA Chapter, the Dallas and Houston chapters of FEI as well as several Career workshops and seminars. He has been published in several journals including Financial Executive Magazine, Texas Banking Journal and The Banking News.
Mr. Rennar has been on the Board of Directors for Financial Mentors of America, and Skills For Living. Non-Profit organizations designed to help low income individuals attain a better quality of life through education and mentoring.
In 2021, Hank move the company from Houston Texas to Northern New Hampshire. He continues to work with growing companies, commercial banks and financial services firms throughout New England and New York.”
